Certified NETS offers an enhanced our Remote Support product allowing us to “remote control” a user’s computer from our office. With this product, a Certified NETS engineer can take control of the user’s computer, keyboard and mouse and the user can observe as we navigate on their computer.

The Certified NETS Help Desk system helps clients track and better manage their Contract Support. This system tracks incident support calls providing historical data and the ability to electronically track the time used for Support Contracts. hard copy reports with our monthly statements for our customer’s convenience.
