• Network Support Services
  Time and Material:
  Support, Consulting, and Installation services on an as needed basis. Servicing of network infrastructure products, switches, routers, Citrix, Microsoft, Novell networking software, and client/servers.
  
• 20, 40 and 120 Hour Support Contract
  

  Service guarantees:	Include 8 - 5 scheduled 2 day on-site response, and 4 hour emergency* response.
  Telephone support:	First 15 minutes per incident free of charge, additional time deducted in increments of 15 minutes.
  Contract term:	Valid for three years and can be applied to installation costs for new projects.

  
  Clients who take advantage of 40 hour support contracts or greater receive our network documentation known as our "Guide to Network Services". This Guide includes schematics, server documentation, critical workstations documentations, policies and procedures, and service reports.
  
• Network Health Check-Up (Basic):
  Analyze segment utilization, traffic patterns, errors, node count, and recommendations.
  
• Network Health Check-Up (Comprehensive):
  Comprehensive network discovery, documentation & analysis service.
  
• VoIP Readiness Assessment:
  Analyze networks to determine if existing data oriented telephones have the ability to run voice services on their data network (telephones with an Ethernet connection, PC's that act as telephones, voice via IP, etc.)
  *Emergency response incurs additional fee for mobilization.
